Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as our meat is all fresh and cut to order. We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our meat which is all sourced in the UK.

Cancellations
You will have until 9am, the day before delivery in which to cancel your order. After this point, the meat will be in the cutting and packaging process
which means we won't be able to accept a cancellation.
If you do need to cancel your order, you can do so from your Account on our website.
Refunds
If you cancel your order within the allow timeframe, your refund should be credited to your account or card used to place the order and will be visible in
your account within 7 working days of the refund being processed.
