Delivery Costs
We charge £5.99 for our Premium Delivery with SMS alerts for all hampers, with only a £1.99 extra charge for Saturday deliveries.
Delivery Speed
All our deals are available for the earliest available delivery date, but you can choose when your meat will be delivered. Our standard delivery speeds are as follows:
- Order before 10am on Monday and receive your order on Tuesday
- Order before 10am on Tuesday and receive your order on Wednesday
- Order before 10am on Wednesday and receive your order on Thursday
- Order before 10am on Thursday and receive your order on Friday
- Order before 10am on Friday and receive your order on Saturday
- Order on Saturday or Sunday and receive your order on Tuesday
Please be aware that the first available delivery date may not be the day shown above in the unlikely event of operational or stock related issues.
If and when this is the case we will always do our best to communicate this, so you are aware.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your courier and full tracking details, courtesy of our courier.
SMS Delivery Notifications
If your order is shipped via DHL, they will send you a text message and an email on the day of delivery with a one hour delivery slot.
Please ensure you double check your mobile phone number when placing your order. Please also be aware that the times mentioned are estimates and drivers can be delayed due to factors outside their control.
All deliveries can be left in a designated safe place, collection service point or with a neighbour if required.
Please note any parcel left in a safe place, collection service point or with a neighbour is done so at your own risk and neither Best Meat UK nor DHL take responsibility for the parcel once delivered.
Best Meat UK are not liable for any parcel delivered where the recipient is not home to receive this delivery, delivery day can be chosen to suit and a time slot is provided by the courier, please be home to

Chilled Packaging
All our meats are delivered in specially designed temperature controlled boxes that stay chilled for up to 48 hours, so all your meat arrives fresh
every time you order.
Delivery Areas
We deliver pretty much anywhere in the UK, where DHL offers a next day service. This unfortunately excludes the following postcodes:
AB31-56, BT, EI (ZZ75), FK17-21, GY, HS1-HS9, IM, IV1-IV63, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0-KW17, PA20-PA78, PH15-99, PO30 - PO39, TR21-25, ZE
