Track Your Order
Download the DHL App and, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive notifications straight to your phone.
Once your order has been processed, you will also receive a confirmation email, with full tracking information provided directly by our delivery partner.
SMS Delivery Notifications
If your order is shipped via DHL, you will receive a text message and an email on the day of delivery, including a one-hour delivery time slot.

All our meats are delivered in specially designed, temperature controlled packaging, tthat keeps products chilled for up to 48 hours, ensuring everything arrives fresh every time you order.
